A game of two halves.
Kislingbury were in charge throughout most of the first half, and took the lead in the 20th minute with a goal from a flowing passing move. Mears Ashby went close with a header by Sergio Kupelis after a Dan Gray cross, but it was their only chance of the half as they played against a strong wind.
The score stayed 1-0 at half time, but after the break the Jackdaws pushed on and created a number of chances. And the pressure paid off in the 75th minute, Good work from Dan Close as he pushed the ball wide to Dan Callis, who delivered the perfect cross to Ashley Alexander who voleyed in from 6 yards - his second of the season.
And thats how it finished, a point a piece probably a fair result. The Jackdaws now hope to get Kupelis and Fitzhugh back from injury before the next game, both were taken off with injuries, but will be without Dan Gray for the rest of the season as he travels to Afghanistan for his first tour of duty, all the best from the boys Dan.
